Guarantees

ParadosiakaOrgana.gr offers a 2-year warranty on string and percussion instruments under certain conditions*

The warranty period begins on the date of the original purchase of the product by the first end-user and is non-transferable.

Our company guarantees to the original buyer that the products are free from defects due to materials or workmanship. During the warranty period, our company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. The company has the exclusive right to determine the manner, time, and place of the product’s repair at its sole discretion.

Shipping and any insurance of the products to and from ParadosiakaOrgana.gr for repair are the responsibility and at the expense of the customer. Please be prepared to present proof of purchase of the product (e.g., retail receipt, purchase invoice, etc.). To ensure safe transport, products sent for repair must be carefully and securely packed in their original packaging.

If the repair cannot be completed, our company will undertake the replacement of the instrument (under certain conditions**).

The return of the instrument to the customer's location is the customer's responsibility and expense.

If the customer wishes, our company can arrange for the return of the instrument at the lowest possible cost, which will be communicated in advance and prepaid by the customer.

Repairs requiring spare parts will be completed depending on the availability of those parts. Delays in the delivery of spare parts by third parties may cause delays in the repair process.


THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES RELATED TO:

  • Wear and tear of consumables such as strings, drumheads (natural/synthetic), etc.

  • General consumables and accessories

  • Negligence (e.g., exposure to unsuitable humidity/temperature conditions)

  • Misuse

  • Any repair or modification performed outside our company’s service department

  • Wind instruments


** Instrument replacement is only applicable if the instrument is returned to our company and is deemed that the cost of repair would exceed the average cost or irreparable, and there is an identical or similar model available in stock.


The warranty start date is defined as the date of purchase, with the proof being the purchase receipt or invoice.

ParadosiakaOrgana.gr will make every effort to ensure that the product is repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible.
