Not completely satisfied with your order?
You have the right to return any product you purchased from paradosiakaorgana.gr within 14 days from the date you received it, and we will start processing your refund request.

A few more things:
As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. As soon as we receive the returned products, we will initiate the refund process, deducting any shipping costs.
The return of the products is your responsibility. If possible, please reuse the original packaging and ensure that all items are securely packed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for products that are lost or damaged during transit.
The following items are excluded from the right of return:

Products subject to hygiene regulations such as wind instruments and wind instrument accessories (e.g. reeds, mouthpieces, etc.)
